There is no cancellation fee for appointments cancelled up to 5 days before appointment. Appointments that are canceled with in 2-4 days will be charged for one hour ($150 plus $40 travel fee). Appointments canceled within 48 hours will be charged in full. We use discretion in instances of sickness, lameness, or injury on a case-by-case basis.

If you are interested in trialing a saddle that is on our website and would need it shipped to you, please reach out and we can make this arrangement. In accordance with our policy, you will be charged the full amount of the saddle as well $75 for shipping and insurance.  The 7 day trial begins the day the saddle is delivered.

If you decide to return the saddle, you must email saddles@happyhorsetack.com to notify us that the saddle is to be returned and we will send you a shipping label to send it back to us. This email must be sent before or upon completion of the 7-day trial. On the eighth day, the saddle becomes the property of the customer and no returns for any reason will be accepted. Once we get the saddle back and confirm that it is in the same condition in which it left, we will process your refund (minus the return shipping fee $75 and restocking fee $50).

Saddle services bill at $150 per hour. There are additional fees for repairs and adjustments. We charge a $40 travel fee per client.
